I was browsing Bulbapedia today, checking movesets on a Pokemon I was going to give to my little brother when I saw an update. The Black and White starters had been localized.

These Pokemon have been given the shittiest names possible. From left to right, we have Snivy, Tepig, and Oshawott. When I saw these names, I cringed. Snivy (Snake+Ivy)? Fine. Tepig (Tepid+Pig)? That's a little silly, but okay. Then I got to Mijumaru, the derpiest of all three. This thing has been named Oshawott. More like Oshitwat if you ask me. Seriously, what was NoA thinking when they came up with these names? After that, I was curious as to how they had made Isshu look American. Well, guess what? That was changed too. Pokemon Black and White takes place in Unova.

Well, that was my first post. A very rage-filled post, at that, but whatever.
The first thought I had was OSHA(Occupational Safety and Health Admin)wott.

I was weirded out when I saw those too. I'm just going to name my Tepig, Pokabu.

My boyfriend went through a phase where he carried his Pokewalker everywhere... I'm actually not into Pokemon much, my attention span is too short and I lost interest after the initial 150!
